Truly awful and dangerous work

In 2016, I paid this company several thousands of pounds to construct a large decking area in my garden with very expensive Mllboard composite flooring.
There were various faults (for example, the posts were not straight, pushing everything else out of line), but dealing with the company director was so unpleasant that I decided to live with them.
Unfortunately, the whole of the flooring started to move over the years and about two months ago, one of the boards started to jut up from the floor. Yesterday, when a joiner removed the board, the cause was obvious: Anderson Landscaping had laid the floor with the boards in the same direction as the joists underneath (instead of at right-angles as they should have been), meaning that the boards have no real foundation. The whole floor is not just defective, but dangerous.
I will now be faced with a very large bill to have the whole floor and the joists removed and rebuilt.
With their lack of understanding of even the basics of carpentry, Anderson Landscaping have not just failed to make my dreams a reality (their promise); they have made my dreams a nightmare.
(And I resent having to give them even one star!)
