I had a great experience recently buying an off-market property in Kilmarnock which was sourced by Alex. Initial communication was great, honest and accurate description of the property. Alex quickly arranged for me to view the property the same evening & took my offer to the seller the very next day and agreed the sale whilst he was on a flight using starlink wifi, talk about commitment. Alex was supportive throughout legals and the thing I respected most was how Alex treated the seller. Most sourcers are only interested in making a fee and dont care much about the seller. Whereas Alex actually helped the seller with agreeing his next purchase and gave up part of his fee so more of my money could go to the seller. Will definitely be using Alex again and recommend anyone else to do so too! Thank you
I had a great experience working with Alex to source my buy-to-let property. As someone who was relatively new to the process, Alex took the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through each stage, making sure I understood what was involved.
He helped me understand the figures, the investment potential and what to look out for when purchasing an investment property. The whole buying process was made so much smoother thanks to his knowledge, guidance and support.
I really appreciated how approachable and helpful he was throughout. I’d absolutely recommend Alex to anyone looking to get into property investment, particularly if, like me, you’re starting out and need someone you can trust to guide you through it.
