unreasonable high bills, shit services. no customer services in English. no cancellation before 6 months. terrible experience , like wtf is DISSATISFACTION OF THE SERVICES IS NOT REASON TO CANCEL. sit back and enjoy being financially abused? are you alright?

Being unhappy with the service is not a valid reason to cancel a health insurance policy. In the Netherlands, you can change your health insurance annually—this applies to all health insurance companies. Cancellations must be made before December to take effect on January 1st of the following year. You can cancel your policy online through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

I can imagine it’s quite a shock when a large amount is charged. If you have questions about this or if it causes financial difficulties, please contact our customer service. We’re happy to help.

Is this a scam?

Why are you sending payment remainders via email when all bills are payed in full? If I log into my account everything is payed. How is that possible? Do you scam ppl into paying more than what they should?

At Anderzorg, we never send payment reminders with the intention to charge more than what’s due. Sometimes reminders are triggered automatically if a payment hasn’t been processed yet, even if it’s already on its way or just completed.

This is the worst health insurance I…

This is the worst health insurance I have been dealing with since 5 years now. There are using the excuse of an unpaid invoice of 2013 so I wouldn't change health insurance. I was made aware of this unpaid invoice when LAVG came to my place (no emails and no letters sent previously). I directly contact them and paid but still this issue continued until today. In total I have paid 544.48 EUR for this ''debt'' and even went to court but the invoice is still ''pending'' since July 2013. As long this is still pending, I cannot change insurance. The last agent I have spoken with on the chat stated that I cannot send the proof of payment to them as they first need to contact their Finance service. They should find a better way to keep customers starting by providing a good service

Worse Service Possible. Customer Support ALWAYS has a different answer to the same topic, concerning additional coverage and reimbursements. Stay away from them, total scan! Starting prices are cheap, but the service will make you cry. Train your company! The government should shut you down for such a terrible service.
