Do not be fooled by the slick website and Instagram ads. I spent $2,897.01 on a "European Oak" room divider (Order #23658) only to receive a shipment of defective, buckled trash. About half of the boards were significantly warped toward the middle, making it impossible to align them for a professional installation. The "support" experience with "Richard" is a total joke. It is clearly a one-man show designed to stall until you give up. I sent high-resolution photos and videos showing the defects, yet was met with a scripted runaround: First, they asked for more photos from "different positions". Then, they demanded photos of the hardware pins. Finally, they tried to blame the humidity of my home, despite the fact that I've lived here for three years without a single issue with other wood furniture. After weeks of wasting my time, they had the nerve to offer only 8 replacement slats when I ordered 16 and most of the shipment is unusable. It is clear this company is just a middleman drop-shipping white-labeled products from Alibaba, marking them up 500%, and then hiding behind a "claims department" that doesn't exist to avoid taking responsibility for their poor quality. Save yourself the headache and the thousands of dollars. This is not a premium company; it’s an amateur operation selling defective goods. If you want a straight room divider, look literally anywhere else.
