As a Scrum Master I can only emphasize on the incredible value that Andre has given to me over the years that I have had the privilege of working with him. The constant dedication, patience, and devotion that he has given to everyone on his team in order to help each team member to progress and develop has been one of the most positive, extraordinary and valuable experiences of my entire career. He is a extraordinary role model in all facets of his life, and sets a very high standard for anyone to live up to. I am deeply saddened that this project had had to come to an end.
