Icecream machine

Emailed for spare parts for my icecream machine and was kindly helped by Keith who had the parts sent over in a couple of days. Have lots of Andrew James kitchen equipement and always get good results. Amazing service, definately recommend this company

I purchased their halogen oven with Amazon

I purchased their halogen oven with folding lid just under 2 years ago and was very pleased with it. The lid stays up by itself, doesn't need to be held in the up position while placing food in like previous model we had from a different manufacturer. I needed a replacement element for it a few days ago, and couldn't find the spare one supplied with the oven. I couldn't find one on Amazon which has the connector fitted at the end of the wires like the one I removed from the oven so I contacted Andrew James via email. They responded by saying they were going to sent me one free of charge !
Customer service at it's best !

Amazing customer service

Was bought a gift from Andrew James by a friend. One of the parts of the gift was faulty. I emailed their support email address and a new accessory was sent out within 2 days. Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend based on this interaction.

So pleased with Andrew James Products

I bought off the original Andrew James for years and recently bought off the new owners of Andrew James brand and find their products great and quality just as before. Their food processor was excellent and my recent purchase I am pleased with too.

Great Customer Service!

We ordered a black matt cafetiere in July. An excellent coffee pot ... stylish, pours perfectly, keeps my coffee hot for a long time and came with replacement filters. I usually hand-washed it but one day I put it in the dishwasher as description stated it was dishwasher-proof. Sadly, it was not and the black coating started to peel off.
Customer Services were excellent! Within days of contacting them I received a replacement AND, based on my complaint, they changed their marketing description to "hand-wash only". Listening and responding (swiftly and courteously) to customers is the mark of a good company (plus great products, of course)! Highly recommended. I will certainly be purchasing more products from Andrew James.

Customer Services???

I placed an order & received a confirmation invoice marked ‘paid’ but there was also a msg saying that something had gone wrong with the payment & to try again which I wasn’t willing to do. I rang the number on the top of the invoice, spoke to customer services & explained everything to be told they couldn’t access orders. I then noticed a different number at the bottom of the invoice for urgent enquiries so rang that. Explained once again but soon realised I was speaking to the same customer services as previously. They said someone would make contact within 24 - 48 hours. It took 48 hours and the email simply asked how they could help!! By now I had received my order. This is my first & last order from this company whether direct or through Amazon. A customer services department unable to access orders is unbelievable. I wanted confirmation that all was in order & my payment card was not compromised & received no reassurance whatsoever.

Above and Beyond

The customer service team at Andrew James went out of its way to source a replacement dish for the slow cooker, which we had dropped and broken. They did not have to do what they did, though, which was to replace it free of charge!!! On the strength of supporting such a good company, we subsequently bought a lovely omelette maker and a defrosting plate and dish which are both excellent. Thank you, guys

Fast and fair warranty support

Just to follow up on the problems experienced recently with the Andrew James halogen oven.
We received a very fast response to our query over how we proceed with returning the oven under their warranty, a pre-printed label was supplied for a carrier to deliver the oven back to them. The oven was despatched yesterday and I had notification this morning that a new oven was being dispatched from them within 24 hours.
Credit where it is due Andrew James exceeded my expectations in terms of communication and warranty support, this is the third oven we have purchased from them over many years and excepting things go wrong occasionally could not fault the product or after sales support

How the hell do you contact this firm

How the hell do you contact this firm, i have a warranty but unable to lodge a claim, I have a halogen fryer , the plastic stand that the glass bowl sits in has cracked after been used only twice, ive tried everything to contacy the firm , but no joy

Replacement knife sharpener

I bought a knife sharpener but unfortunately it started to have problems with the motor. I contacted Keith at Andrew James and he organised a new one for me and I had it within a few days. Good customer service I'd say. Nick George

Replacement pot

I contacted Andrew James to ask if there was a supplier I could purchase a replacement pot for my slow cooker from. They replied to my email explaining that unfortunately the product was discontinued but they had a pot in stock and would send it out free of charge! Two days later it arrived perfectly packaged. Fantastic customer service and extremely kind of them to do this.

Great customer service

Great customer service, I bought egg boiler from these guys and the measuring cup dissappeared out of the office i was using it in, contacted Andrew James and they managed to find me a replacement completely free! I've used these guys for a few years and will continue to do so!

I needed a replacement splatter guard…

I needed a replacement splatter guard for my Food mixer. I had googled to get one without success. I found the Andrew James website and e mailed them. I dealt with Nicole Madeley who was amazing. She replied immediately to my enquiry and managed to trace one for me. She was so efficient and helpful. I cannot thank her enough and give her a11 out of 10!

Incomparable customer service!

This company truly puts itself out for its customers - their staff obviously take great pride in its reputation for top quality service and attention to detail. My request was out of the ordinary and most companies would simply have said they could not help - but nothing was too much trouble for them and help they did, sourcing my item and answering my email enquiry super promptly. Thank you Nicole, the e-commerce Customer Services team manager! I highly recommend dealing with Andrew James and looking through their inventory as you know they are going to provide whatever before, during and after sales help you may need.

Service above and beyond…

The halogen bulb went on my halogen oven after many years of happy using. Nicole helped me with instructions and sourcing a new bulb; in doing so she went above and beyond normal service and in a very pleasant manner.
Very well done and thank you Nicole.

Bought my Andrew James Coffee Grinder…\

Bought my Andrew James Coffee Grinder through Amazon it developed a small fault and went on Amazon to sort it. Tried all contacts they had to get in touch with Andrew James and non were any good. Googled Andrew James found a correct contact. Contacted them and they replied within 24 hours. Within 3 days I received replacement. Great service.
