order is still being awaited after 2 missed collections would not have ordered if i knew of the delay, as bolts where essential to complete a job ,now my customer is getting at me or the delay

Hello Hywel. Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you are not happy with your order. We would appreciate it if you can wait with it until you got it delivered. Overall you selected Economy delivery. We tried even to get this to you quicker in the same price using DHL but their consecutive failure led us to send using our company courier for next day delivery at an extra cost that we are covering. If the bolt been so urgent, I would suggest next time to choose and pay for next day delivery and we will make sure that this will happen. With Economy delivery selected it is obvious that bolts are not as urgent. Regards Andrews Fasteners Limited
