Both Andy and Holly has been great in assisting us with a rental of our next home. Process is very straight forward and everything is communicated clearly. The communication I received throughout the whole moving process was efficient and helpful. They really did go out of my way to support me. My move did get delayed but they kept me updated the whole time and it was nice to know that by the time I moved it everything was going to be working as it should. I absolutely recommend them.

They’re very efficient. They were able to accommodate me for viewing on the same day I called them. Had some issues with the moving-in date but got sorted in the end. Good communication. I would recommend.

It’s a great letting process and all what was promised to put in place was fulfilled.

We recently moved into a property managed by Andy, and the experience has been great so far. From the very beginning, He have been responsive, professional, and very approachable. The move-in process was smooth, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. We even got a welcome box which was very thoughtful. A solid 10.

Andy is a first class decent person with integrity like no other. He listed my house for sale, offered advice, and gave me hope and resilience. He even offered to provide a service we hadn’t originally agreed as a goodwill gesture. I’d highly recommend Andy for all your property needs.

I previously lived in a flat managed by Andy Keogh. This flat was a fixed term. I terminated the agreement early and Andy Keogh found a new tenant. It's been more than half a year since this incident and he hasn't refunded about three months of prepaid rent to me, and hasn't given any explanation.
The old management company gave all the work to Andy Keogh, why should I go after the old management company. Also, when I vacated the flat and moved out, I handed the key to you, Andy, and you received the key on behalf of the owner. Please contact the owner as soon as possible and refund three months' rent to me.

I’d like to express my biggest gratitude to Andy’s new assistant - Charlie. She’s been very helpful and managed to resolve the issue with our washing machine in a span of one week which before that we were trying to resolve for two months to no avail. In addition, she’s very knowledgeable and provided great advice on another issue with our apartment which saved us lots of time and trouble. She addresses requests quickly and efficiently and provides updates all the time until full resolution of an issue. Great manager, 10 out of 10 !!!!

Andy was very professional and knowledgeable and provided a very efficient service. Upon instruction he marketed our property really quickly and secured a new tenant to move in the day after our old tenant moved out. We have used Andy for a number of years and have recommended him to friends.

In our search for new home we approached many letting agents, most of whom failed to respond to voicemails and emails.
So it was a surprising and refreshing change when we found our ideal home managed by Andy.
He was prompt, friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
All documentation required was easily dealt with swiftly online and Andy was in touch personally throughout the process to keep us updated.
It is a rare thing today, in my opinion, to have the pleasure of dealing with someone that clearly shows a passion for their customers' happiness and satisfaction.

Andy took complete control of letting our property. He handled everything personally. He was very professional and efficient, replying to emails and queries in a timely manner. He even managed moving the tenants in, whilst we were away on holiday. 5 stars without hesitation.

If you choose to sell your home with Keogh Estates, it will be a completely different experience to using any other estate agents. The owner of the company, Andy Keogh, handles every sale personally and remains professional whilst being extremely friendly and genuine.
We didn’t give Andy an easy job, we had a ‘character property’ to sell that would be most people’s worst nightmare but he produced a custom listing within the day and had two viewings booked by that evening. He accommodated all our requests and we had quite a few of them. Being Covid aware, we did everything remotely, meaning Andy had to find the key and follow a list of instructions of which order the 14 rooms should be shown in, whilst issuing PPE to all viewers and avoiding our cats.
Andy remained communicative and enthusiastic throughout the entire process, always replying or calling immediately and giving us a lot of honest and helpful feedback as we went along. He was even kind enough to undertake a 300 mile round trip to view a property on our behalf when one of us became too ill to do so.
I can’t recommend Keogh Estates highly enough, it was a 5 star experience from start to finish.

Andy goes above and beyond to help he has sorted two properties out for us couldn’t of sorted the first property out without his help. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is selling a property he is excellent
