Andy provided us with a very detailed and thorough report on the damp issues we have with an exterior wall. A previous surveyor had neglected to spot this issue before we bought the house, so we Andy's report gave us a deep insight into the cause of the problem and the solutions he would recommend that we should take to repair them. He used cameras and instruments to ensure that every test was completed and that every aspect of the wall was checked and reviewed. Andy was very friendly and more than happy to talk us through the process and allowed us to ask follow up questions after the report was delivered.

Andy was very professional and thorough when he visited our property. He spent a lot of time outside and inside the property gathering as much information as he could to access the damp problem. The report he produced was detailed and well explained, with clearly laid out possible courses of action. He produced the report within a week of his visit.

Our flat had mould around the windows and the front door on the inside, and in the hallway you could see the damp on the walls.
