I've been wanting to see Andy for some time but sadly live too far away to travel. So when online consultations became an option during lockdown it seemed the perfect time to speak to Andy as I wanted an overall skin "health check". I have a pretty decent knowledge of skincare which makes me wary of some "skin experts", but I was fully confident I was in good hands with Andy, knowing his qualifications and depth of training. Aside from that, the reason I chose him was that his philosophy around skin health and skincare aligns with mine (i.e. always having barrier health / integrity in mind). I'm also aware that he has experience treating skin of colour which was also very important to me. I really appreciated his holistic approach to skin health (diet, exercise, overall health, skincare etc), and the detailed questionnaire I completed in advance of the consultation. Andy gave me ample time to talk through my concerns and explained everything in detail - I didn't feel rushed at any time. He has a fantastic level of knowledge which was evident from the consultation but also his social media account. Although we talked about skincare products / treatments I never felt pressured to buy anything (no hard sell). I did however purchase the Facelite LED mask as I had been keen to get it anyway, and after a few weeks of regular use I'm already noticing the benefits of softer, more healthier looking skin. If you're looking for advice / treatment for your skin I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy!

I was a bit nervous about receiving an online consultation but I needn’t have worried. Andy asked for photographs in advance and gave me an in-depth questionnaire so he got to see my skin up close. He gave me some amazing advice and even though I’m only three days into using the products I’m already seeing a difference in my skin.

Andy was really good about the fact that I emailed him lots before purchasing and asked every question possible but ultimately he’s delivered. His knowledge, kind and understanding nature and interest in his customers (he’s asked for photo updates so he can keep an eye on my skin) speaks volumes.

I had a consultation with Andy who then recommended suitable products for my skin. Prior to the appointment I provided some background info and sent photos of my skin which Andy took time to carefully review.

The consultation was absolutely fantastic. Not only did we discuss product recommendations but Andy also talked about skin health from the inside and how I could help to improve it. Everything he spoke about he backed up with science and thoroughly explained the benefits.

I have struggled with my skin for years but since speaking to Andy finally feel like I am on the road to better skin health. He truly listened and was always an email away and happy to help (and I sent a lot of questions!). He was super helpful and I can’t recommend him enough.
