I first heard of Andy from Caroline Hirons when she did a series on retinols. When I contacted the clinic Andy did not have any online consultations available but kindly helped me via email and my curated products were delivered to me promptly.

He was very knowledgeable and replied to me quickly. The products he recommended for my rosacea have been lovely and I have not had any irritation at all since using my new routine.

I will be going back to him in a few weeks' time for my routine to be reviewed.

Thank you for your help Andy and I wish I lived closer so I could come to the clinic in person!

Andy is a depth of knowledge about skincare, you feel like you and your skin are in very safe hands. He is always very prompt with his responses and if you ever need support or help. You know that he really does care and wants to get you the best result possible! Andy is extremely helpful and approachable and really takes time to listen to your skin concerns and suggest the perfect products for you and the results speak for themselves! The website to order products is really easy to use and the reward points feel like an extra bonus every time you place an order! Postage is also extremely quick so you won’t be stuck if you run out of your favourite product. Highly recommend!!

Andy is extremely knowledgeable on the subject of skin. I had an online consultation with him where we went through my skin concerns, skincare regime, diet and more. He was able to tailor my treatment accordingly. The products he recommended have been fantastic and really helped to calm my skin down and restore my skin barrier. I can't recommend Andy Millward enough.
