Shout out to Momo at the HHQ ca. email line. I had a question about a pre order item I was worried might have been forgotten (as it was stocked elsewhere) and he replied very quickly, confirmed I was on the pre order list and gave me the order info again. Great job. The item then arrived around 2 weeks later.
