Where to begin with our experience?! Andy is a great realtor and I recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. In my specific case, Andy was helping us sell our home and we hit many bumps in the road including our septic failing. My husband and I thought there was no hope and that we would be stuck with this home indefinitely but Andy was able to give us guidance and resources to be able to still sell our home for a profit without investing anymore time or money into it. Truly a wonderful experience and he was available every step of the way to make sure any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly.
Andy really went above and beyond to sell our home. He was incredibly punctual in returning calls texts and emails. He was able to work around a worst case scenario when we found our septic system was going belly up with our house and used his resources to connect us with someone who would still buy our home. I absolutely recommend Andy McConnell for selling or buying your home.
Andy is awesome! My husband and I were basically coming from scratch with our knowledge of the home buying process and Andy was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. It felt like we were his only clients the entire time- if we were interested in seeing a home, we’d text him the address and he’d meet us there within a few hours to tour it. That made all the difference for us in getting our house, especially when it comes to the speed with which houses are picked off the market these days.
