Within my organisation, an important part of my role is to procure relevant and engaging training for our front line homelessness support workers.
For years I struggled to find effective consistent training designed to equip our staff in the homeless charity sector. That is, until now!
Aneemo has enabled me to develop our teams effectively with up to date tried and tested training in all things mental health awareness.
What I love about aneemo is that at its core the training is delivered in a person centred framework and merges perfectly with our PIE and Trauma Informed approaches.
The key account manager is amazing and super friendly and easy to work with. He helped me setup a rolling training framework for our whole organisation and took all the pressure off me by handling it within Aneemo's automated course assignment system. We were able to role out different training modules every few months to keep staff engaged and excited about new tools and knowledge they would be learning.
Each course is laid out well and logical to navigate, and the material and delivery is high quality, practical and stimulating.
