Anelli.it managed to handcraft exactly the ring I was looking for, in only 48 hours, let me choosing among a variety of wonderful diamonds (only high jewellery). Due to my mistake, the ring was bigger than needed and they fixed it for free in a couple of hour!

In Summer 2017 I've bought a diamond by anelli.it. I've spoken with Matteo a very professional person who has given me a huge amount of information about diamond's characteristics that I haven't received in any other famous jewelry. Ho acquistato un solitario quattro anni fa e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto per la bellezza del diamante e per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Dopo 4 anni si stacca il diamante che ovviamente si perde.
Mi metto in contatto con la famiglia Gasbarri nutrendo poche speranze di riottenere un altro diamante e invece si attivano subito lo mandano a prendere, lo riparano e rimettono un diamante nuovo con le caratteristiche del primo.
TUTTO QUESTO COMPLETAMENTE GRATIS senza dover sborsare nulla neanche le spese del corriere

I bought a lonely diamond ring four years ago and I was very pleased with the beauty of diamond and the value for money.
After 4 years the diamond is removed and obviously it is lost.
I call the Gasbarri family with little hopes of recovering another diamond and instead they activate it immediately to pick it up, fix it and put a new diamond with the features of the first one.
ALL THIS COMPLETELY FREE FREE without having to pay even the expenses of the courier
I was very happy and I would recommend them to everyone

The title well describes what you can expect.

First, the ring I bought and I received (in few days, even though I don’t live in Italy) is amazing.
Secondly, Adriano’s readiness and willingness to answer my questions and provide additional information on the whole process was reassuring.
Lastly (what impressed me most), the way Matteo promptly has contacted me and fixed a problem we had come across was unique.

To sum up, great craftsmanship, well controlled delivery process and super customer service. All made in Italy.
Needless to mention that I have already recommended Anelli.it to all my friends, and will surely use it again in future.

I have been buying several rings from Adriano and family since 2010: every piece was just perfect, price always honest. More, they offer an absolutely accountable service as to care, delivery and "follow-up" should problems arise (e.g. size adjustment). Finally, I had some rings carved by them following my own ideas, and the result was fabulous.
I would recommend this firm to anybody !
