Terrible!!! Never refunded me and kept promising me they were resending the item.

I used to love this company and their products back in 2021, they were great! I never had any issues and it was the best scrub I've ever had, so I thought why not order during their 2025 Black Friday sale. I have no idea what has happened to this company since then but I ordered in November (#1157) and they have yet to provide ANY shipping details and it is almost February!! I didn't want to believe it was really a scam since they were a good brand a few years back, but I've emailed and email and I get no response! Not even a representative saying there's a shipping delay just absolute silence its so frustrating. This company seems like it fell off the face of the earth and decided to become a scam company.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I have reached out to this company SEVERAL TIMES to try to cancel my subscription and consequently my upcoming order that I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL. Well no surprise there's been no response for days until they said they PROCESSED MY ORDER FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING INSTEAD. And now it'll probably take a month or two to get it.

This has been the worst customer service experience. I made a purchase in June 2025 and have been trying to contact your team to either receive my product or get a refund. You keep apologizing but take no real action.

Scam company that takes your money immediately and never follows up with a shipping order or a tracking number. When you email their customer service they try to string you along by claiming that a ”courier error” is delaying the order. It’ll never ship even if they claim it has. I have no idea why this company is still allowed to operate given that it’s a clearly a scam now

Ordered an item from them for my niece and 2 months passed and have not received the package, I emailed them and keep saying they will process and until they stop replying. It’s been 3 months and no product. They are a scam. Don’t order this product.

Scammers!! I was getting products delivered via a subscription on a regular basis (products never really worked but I was hopeful they would after extended use) and then 1 day I had 6 charges on my credit card. I emailed and emailed and emailed and finally one “person”responded saying they were looking into it and they would refund the charges. But then I got more charges on my credit card on file! Only way to stop the charges was to remove my card from my account but by that time I was out hundreds of dollars. Never heard from them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Literally the most shady business. Non responsive and I can see now it’s a theme - they immediately take the money for the order and then NEVER ship the order. I’ve waited 2 months - and keep getting the run around when contacting them.

I have ordered from this company for years and they were my go to bodycare company. I placed an order in February 2025 and never received my order. Multiple emails, multiple Instagram messages, multiple Instagram comments left, and no real response. They lie and say someone will look into it with no response. Two shipping labels were created but USPS said the package was never received from the company. When I stated asking for my money back they ghosted me. DO NOT ORDER, THEY ARE A SCAM NOW.

Also, on past orders when I paid, my bank statement stated Anese. On the order from February it says "Van Gordon G Los Angeles Ca", which makes me wonder why the change?

I have placed an order about two months ago, and still haven’t received it. They keep lying to me via e-mail that it is going to be sent out, but so far there are only empty promises. I have learned my lesson, and I will never order from this company again.

Been a loyal customer with Anese for years. Not sure what happened but the company turned into a full scam operation. I placed an order with them on 12/2/24 and never received my order. Got an email confirmation with an order number and they charged my card. I reached out to them multiple times with no response. Come to find out a lot of people had the same issue where Anese took their money and never sent out product. What a scam! Not sure how this company still allowed to operate.

Several years ago I ordered from Anese and received high quality products in a reasonable time frame. This year (to my unpleasant surprise) I ordered products, paid for them, was never sent them (it’s been 3 months now), and given the run around from a customer service rep who claimed that the products were shipped and that USPS wasn’t updating the tracking, even though the only tracking update was that the label was created. As a business owner who ships through USPS often, I know that if USPS is going to lose your package or not ship it, you’re at least going to get a notification that they RECEIVED it. Anese created a label with a tracking number and never shipped, and then claimed it was USPS’s fault. I don’t know at what point Anese transitioned from a company making quality skincare to an absolute con (maybe new ownership?) but it’s nightmarish and you will lose your money.

There are lots of products that rival efficacy and price point of Anese. Megababe is a great option and is available through Amazon.

No help.I placed an order 2/14/25. I still haven't received rep RACHEL keeps lying stated she put a rush it. And still tracking hasn't moved since Feb 28/2025. Bad COMPANY SHE DONT WANT TO REFUND ME KNOWING ITS AN ISSUE WITH THE CARRIER I SWEAR I WILLNEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS WACK COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER SINCE OUT THE ORDER

⭐ 1-Star Review: Avoid Anese Skincare—They Take Your Money & Never Ship

I placed an order with Anese Skincare on January 21st, 2024, and never received my product. Here’s what happened:

Weeks of no shipping updates
Feb 7: Support claims I’ll get tracking in 2-3 days. That never happened.
Feb 19: I demand a refund. Suddenly, I get a tracking number—but it’s fake. USPS confirms they NEVER received the package.
March 10: I ask for a refund again. They send me the same fake tracking number.
March 25: They refuse my refund, claiming I had to cancel within 24 hours.
This company is running a scam—taking orders, not shipping products, and refusing refunds. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANESE SKINCARE.

I reached out about shipping and Glenn was so super fast at responding and was so kind and helpful!!

they take your money then absolutely ghost you. waiting months for no product to ever ship, no replies from their social media or support email. i filed a complaint with the BBB and they closed my case today because they didn’t even reply to THEM.

I used to order from this company years ago and now they’re scamming people! Shipments never being processed or shipped out. I waited for 2 months with no tracking info.

Ordered something in 2019. Was not impressed or even satisfied so did not reorder. They charged me twice in Sept and Oct 2024. I reached out probably 5 times before I received a response claiming that my subscription had been renewed. This is simply not true. I have followed up again and again and received no response. I don’t even live at the address they shipped to, so I couldn’t even use the subpar products they sent if I wanted to. Scam artists.
