Faulty product, refused replacement / refund
I purchased the Julie Silver Dangle Stack and wore it maybe 3-4 times, following care instructions to a T. on the 3rd or 4th wear, I noticed multiple gems had fallen out of the earrings. I contacted customer service and sent photos asking for a either a refund or replacement of only the 2 out of the 6 earrings that were faulty and was told if I wanted them again I had to buy them again even though I only had them a couple of months.
