incapable shop! worst experience ever!
Worst online shop experience ever! Bought some online items. Did not like them as they did not have good quality, so i returned them the same day. Did everything according to their return policy (filled in the return form, paid the returnlabel myself, within the stated timeframe). Got a mail few days later that my return was tried to be delivered at the shop, but nobody was there, so they brought it to a pick-up point. During the next days i got several reminders stating the package has still not been picked up and would be retourned to my adress. So i contacted the store to remind them my return had not been picked up. They answered right away sayin they don't have the capacity to go to pick up points, and returns should always be deliverd at the store. I explained them I did so but they were not in the store to accept it. I even showed them all the proof of emails to show them I tried. But they answered once again that they don't go to pick up points and wished me good luck in a very sarcastic way. I did every thing i had to on my behalf. It is not my fault they don't have the capacity for a proper return possibility. I should not be taken away the chance to return items, which is even a legal obligation & promised on their website, just because they don't feel like going to a pick up point. The pick up point is just a few streets further from their store, while I live in a different country. They suggested that i would pick it up myself and drive it to their store? Is this even normal? WORST SHOP EVER! Never buy there!
