The Anex M-Type Stroller is my favorite, because you can feel the high quality even by haptic means. Furthermore I love the smooth moving of that very robust stroller. My husband says that this is like Batman‘s car. He also likes to be on the move with his son. All in all it is a great and stylish stroller.

Anex has the best costumer service. Frame of my stroller was broken during a flight with Wizz Air. Anex contacted directly after my claim, even though it was Holiday Season. Within 2 weeks they sent the frame and wheels in Albania. Would highly recommended to every new mom.

We have had 2 Anex strollers - E/type and Eli and this was the best thing that happened to us!!! Very functional, with attention to details, not to mention the beauty and the elegance. Our daughter loves it! We even use the diaper bag (perfect size, pockets and different ways to carry it) without the stroller itself. Love the bamboo fabric inside, suspension is amazing and the stroller runs very smoothly comparing to others I’ve tried from my friends!
I also recommend their 2,5kg car seat (Avionaut Pixel Pro 2.0). You wouldn’t regret it! Our next purchase will be from Anex.

My favorite stroller ever! Had both”Irish twins” grown up in it.. lately broke accidentally a piece on the handler so would be happy if it was possible to exchange/buy extra details but was more upset about it than breaking my car lol, so much in love I am with this stroller. Stylish, high quality, good detailing , super in managing. A little bit big to put in the car but it’s all worth it. We have m-type, light grey and green model - beautiful for both girls and boys, and for their parents!

I have an Air-Z stroller, it's a great, lightweight stroller that can be converted so the baby can be carried facing forward or forward facing. It is perfect for urban terrain, but also for forest and bumpy areas. I love this stroller and my child feels very comfortable in it :)

I have an IQ stroller in the Smoky color, which is very innovative and will make life easier for any parent. It is extremely light and easy to fold. This 3-in-1 model can be taken on a plane as carry-on luggage. It features stylish finishes and is waterproof. The set also includes a rain cover. When it's hot, you can open the vent at the back to provide airflow. The magnetic fastenings make it quick and easy to secure the child. There's much more to say about it, but I definitely recommend this stroller to every parent🥰

We got Anex E type for our second baby girl! We have strong winters, so I am sure our choice is the best, leather like material is easy to clean, even in summer it doesn’t feel like hot for bb. I regularly use the bag for everyday outings with babies. Aesthetic, comfortable, good height for taller adults, Anex is a perfect support for young Moms 🤞🫶🏻🥰

I got an Anex E/type stroller. I’m happy with it, it’s big, stable, easy on every type of road. It’s leather like, so it’s easy to clean, wipe after a rain. It has all accessories that you need included, so I’m really satisfied with my choice. I didn’t have to go shopping for a bag, winter covers, etc. But more than everything, I’m very happy with the customer service! They will help you, always polite, and without unnecessary arguments. The brand is really designed to make your life easy!

Our brake has been damaged. After Message to aftersales Anex send courier , took frame and send repaired frame. All took them 3 working days, so Bravo for the Anex Poland and Service.

The stroller of our baby was damaged from Turkish Airlines, and they did not pay to change a part of it. We contacted directly Anex Baby and without any hesitation they informed us that they will sent the part for free. We were really surprised, because it was not their fault. My only explanation is, an Anex stroller should always attract everybody's attention, this is why they do not allow their product to look bad.

I had couple of issues with our Anex Type/L. First was a warranty case, the second one wasn’t a warranty one. However the Ukrainian customer service did a great favor for us. They a tiny plastic detail should be replaced they replaced it on their own and even send the carriage back to us on their cost! So despite it wasn’t a warranty case we just paid for sending the carriage to customer service. Very cool experience! I definitely recommend Anex as a baby carriage manufacturer. Their care of customers is great and the carriages are good too.

Bought an Anex air Z. very comfortable, agile, lightweight. we live in a multi-storey building, it fits perfectly in the elevator, you can climb the stairs with the child and move it a short distance. but there are also disadvantages: if you drive on the paving stones, the depreciation is weak, the child sways in all directions, so that his cheeks are shaking, I'm afraid for his spine (the child is only two months old). In rainy weather, there is no rain cover, dirt sticks to the wheels and flies in different directions, polluting the container below for things and the wheels spin poorly. the price is high for this model, but additionally you need to buy a cover for the winter, there is no footrest. take into account all the nuances and update the stroller model.

Extremely professional, very responsible, no matter where you live and where you bought the product, if you have a problem, it will be solved. Someone stole our buggy, and because of that we couldn’t use the stroller. When a new baby was supposed to arrive, we asked them for a frame to use the rest of the kit. Even though it is an old model, they made an effort to find, and send it free of charge to us. Just keep going ! You are the best!!!

We are too grateful to Anex personel. We had a problem in our stroller and the guarantee was finished.
We tried to find a new piece in Spain, but we decided finally to contact directly the manufacture, and we couldnt be more right.
They didnt doubt in solve it asap , they answered us inmediately and let our baby to continue enjoying his stroller.
Due to the quickly response, the good treatment received we can only assure that they were really awesome and in the future if we need another one, we are sure that it will be Anex.
Thats why we absolutely recommend them.

After a few months of using my anex 3in 1 i noticed that the wheel was faulty. I tried to contact the shop where i had bought at my country but i did not get any response. I contacted the company directly and they change it free of charge and within a week the issue was solved. Very happy with there service
