Important to see and try out first
The dining chairs I bought were made to order and, although the website, said there’d be a 12 week wait, it was 18 weeks before they were delivered. When I raised a concern at 14 weeks, I was offered the loan of four chairs which arrived a couple of days later. The quality of the chairs is fine but I should have ensured I’d tried and tested a sample first. The colour was not quite as expected, more grey than appeared on the website. Also, the fit is better suited to tall adults as the seats are a little higher than most dining chairs I have tried. The substitute chairs were actually more comfortable and a better fit. So, a lesson learned - appearance can be deceptive!

Tetrad sofas
Had been trying to find a local company where I could purchase a Tetrad sofa from. Rang Angela Reed said they would be able to get me the model I was after, extremely helpful, I also bought a rug from them too, which is superb quality, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We're delighted with our new sofas and rug.

A really special online shop!
The shop's selection is really wonderful. Ordering was easy and everything was delivered quickly and was more lovely in real life than in the photos on the website. I also loved the 'sustainable' note that was on the 2nd hand box it was delivered in. Really great little touch! I will definitely be ordering again.

4 months later, still no product
I have been awaiting for an order now for 4 months, I have recieved 3 emails, one to say the items are out of stock straight after order! One to say it would be at the warehouse 24th Feb and one to say they dont have the stock and will contact the supplier, so if you wish to pay a large amount of money for something and not recieve the goods, this is the place to shop.

A lovely store if somewhat hidden away. Lots of really nice furniture and other bits to empty your wallet. But seriously, the service was great, the communication clear and regular and our chest of drawers were perfect.
