Hi Eddie, Thank you for your review. We apologise that your order took longer than expected to reach you. Unfortunately, Royal Mail have been experiencing a number of delays recently due to the ongoing strikes, however we are currently looking into alternative couriers to provide discreet optional express shipping.

Product opened and water damaged box
Received product opened and water damaged box and looking used with hairs and finger prints all over. Nothing on website when buying. Asked company and stated they had opened and tested but still nothing when buying product does it stat this. Would you buy a tooth brush that’s been taken out its packet and tested or even a tampon. No so why would a sterile toy be any different that’s designed to be inserted.

We thank you for your review the contents of which have been noted. In your review you failed to write that you contacted us via email on 3rd November 2022 asking if you could return the item as the box was in a substandard condition and confirm that we did correspond back to you on 4th stating that you could return the item, back to store and we would be happy to issue you a full refund. This item was in a sealed box but it is our Company Policy that all items are checked and tested prior to leaving the store so that no sub-standard or broken items are sent out. The box itself did have water marks this is the reason that the item was reduced to over half price, but we guarantee that this item was brand new and fit for purpose. To date we have not received the item back in store and no further correspondence has been received. Our Website provides Adult Novelty products for sale over the Internet and is intended only to offer users a choice to purchase such items. Such choices remain at the complete judgement and discretion of the purchaser and all products are sold on this basis. As the Novelty product purchased in this instance was for insertion, we would expect the item at the discretion of user to have been thoroughly sterilised and cleaned prior to use.
Kindest Regards, Angels of Tamworth
