Received a defective product

I received my Angel watch in the end of July 2025. I received a used watch tried to contact customer service and the number that they have listed says you can’t leave a message and hangs up you email through the site and you’re lucky if somebody gets back to you now I’m stuck with this watch with no way to return it. I know years ago Angel Watch used to be very good and very responsive now it seems like they’re just going out of business And taking your money.

DONT BUY !

It has taken over two weeks to reply to my question regarding my extended warranty .
I have cancelled my subscription and gone with a better provider !
We have been with you over two years but your uk number is never picked up on any option .
Quite frankly this is beyond a joke .
And then to charge £40 for a replacement after being with you for so long and taking so long to answer our email to activate our extended warranty is quite frankly disgusting .
I also contacted angel watch uk director on linked in but not even a reply .
How can you market this as a child safe product pay that much for it and the contract and extended warranty for 2 years and then your customer service is quite frankly an abomination !
Will be reporting to trading standards.

Don't bother

Don't bother, not user friendly, sim didn't work. Would've been better off getting a 30 quid watch. File this in the draw of useless crap.

Zero customer support, Horrible experience

I purchased a Angel Watch for my child, it arrived promptly but they'd sent the wrong product. It took over a month of persistence to get a reply to detail how to exchange the item (Customer support phone number is never answered, emails are never replied to, online help portal is automated and comes no where) I received a message via email to return the item at my own cost to a return address, I posted the item recorded delivery for proof. After a further two months of chasing down a confirmation that they had received the item and were going to deliver the replacement!
After 3 months of wasting my time with Angel Watch I submitted a case with my credit card company and received a full refund via them.

ZERO Support Despite Paying Monthly Warranty Subscription Fee

I am writing to file a formal complaint against a company named Angel Watch regarding the unsatisfactory experience I have had with their product and services. I have been a customer of Angel Watch for over a year, and during this time, I have encountered multiple issues with both their product and their customer service.

The key issues I wish to bring to your attention are as follows:

1. Lack of Customer Support During Posted Business Hours
For the past two weeks, I have called Angel Watch's customer support line daily during their posted business hours. However, each time I call, I am greeted by an automated voice message instructing me to call back later, with no option to leave a message. This has been a consistent problem for the entire year I have owned the current device, as well as with the first device I purchased from them. I have also sent multiple emails to their support team but have yet to receive any response.

2. Unfulfilled Warranty and Monthly Service Charges
I have been paying a monthly fee of $4.99 for an extended replacement and service warranty for the device. Despite this, I have not been able to reach anyone at Angel Watch to get the support promised under the warranty. This lack of support has rendered the warranty I am paying for completely ineffective, which is both frustrating and unacceptable.

3. Misleading Website and False Advertising
Angel Watch’s website contains multiple claims about their product being guaranteed and endorsed by various organizations and periodicals. It also showcases glowing 5-star reviews from so-called satisfied customers. However, upon further inspection, the majority of the actual reviews "ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE" are 1-star, and many customers cite the same issues that I have experienced: technical difficulties and non-existent customer support. Additionally, their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section is vague and does not provide meaningful answers to common concerns, adding to the frustration of dealing with this company.

I find this situation extremely frustrating and disappointing. It is evident that Angel Watch is failing to uphold their obligations both in terms of product quality and customer service, which has left me and many other customers in an unsatisfactory position.

Impossible to contact

Bought a watch and realized we didn’t need it as my in-laws got one for us.
Contact customer support through email 6 times and 0 response.
Called the support number but nobody can ever answer.
No chat support
This company is probably a scam, no privacy policy detailing what they’re doing with all the data they collect on literal children. Very concerning
I’ve been trying to contact them since June and the only thing I got back from them was a marketing email asking if I wanted to buy new bands.

Brought a watch, need to contact customer services!
I’ve called, no answer!
I’ve emailed, no reply!
I’ve filled in a customer contact form on their website, no contact!
I’ve spoke to their live chat bot, ends with we’ll get back to you! they have not!
Been trying for two weeks!
