Very Disappointing
A very disappointing and unprofessional company to deal with. They say they are interested in buying Ercol furniture and advise you to send in photos. So I did that for 9 pieces of furniture and waited a few days. Nothing, not even a confirmation email. So I sent a 'chase up' email. Still nothing. So, after another few days I phoned them to chase and the lady who answered the phone said they are 'very busy at the moment, but would get round to answering eventually'. Great! After a total of about 10 days, I finally got an email reply from Patrick, with a low offer. I then emailed back with another item plus a request for details of possible collection times etc and here I am, days later with no reply.
I would still be happy for them to prove me wrong, but as it stands, I can only conclude that Anglican Furniture are totally disorganised, a nightmare to deal with, and are therefore best avoided.
