Hi Angroos Team,

I had received the order but I want to bring to your attention that items are not at all as per expectation or mention on the webpage.

As you can see from item description its supposed to be :
1. A unicorn diary- I received a random Korean themed diary
2. A unicorn themed tumbler- what I received is a random minie mouse water bottle suitable for a small kid. It no where looks like a tumbler as in photo of website
3. I was supposed to get 2 chocolates but got only 1 and weight is too different/less than overall expected.

I think the amount you are charging and the items you are sending are a total cheating to a customer.

I am sharing you pics I received from my niece for whom I sent it as a birthday gift.

I ordered a luxury "pick your own" hamper from the UK for a colleague over in a remote region of India.

I picked out around £170 worth of gifts and was pleasantly surprised by the service. It was a little late with the delivery, but I ordered at the last minute before Christmas.

One item (Ferrero Rocher) was supposed to be a four-pack; I ordered one three and one four, but if that was the only thing I had to worry about, I would say it was well worth it.

I was worried when I selected the 19th for delivery; it arrived on the 21st, but it was beautifully put together, and nearly everything was as described.

Don't expect great communication; trust that your purchase will arrive.

I would definitely use them again, and I felt they did a great job. The recipient was extremely happy, which is the main thing.

I would highly recommend this company and trust them with my money.

I have ordered elephant head wall hangings from this website and the shipping charge was Rs 6000 when I ordered it. But, then I have received an email saying that the shipping charge is Rs 12000. The actual amount of the product is Rs 11499. So, I have replied back to cancel the order. I got an email saying the order is cancelled and refund is initiated. Its been more than a month now. I have not received any refund from you. I have sent many emails. But, i have not received any replies till now. I have also send a message enquiry via your website as well. Please don't act smart and cheat people using social media website.

Lot of good things - variety of options available, customizations as per the occasion, fast delivery
Negatives - One product (photo frame) was messed up. A little more thought should have been put into it.

I’ve been a regular customer of Angroos & they always deliver. Angroos earned my trust. I wouldn’t think twice before ordering from them & I’m pretty sure they’ll remain as my default go to guys in-case of gifts!
One thing I noticed different in Angroos is that they deliver directly to Home’s. I did use IGP & Gifts by Rashi but they rarely deliver properly as we have to go and take the items from nearby delivery centre’s.

The gift was good

I am glad I ordered via Angroos, perfect gift with right quantity and value for money. I admire their customer support as they are lightning fast.
