Delivery on time great service, flowers match picture.👌

The company “Angour” has continued using my brand’s product images and descriptions on their website without permission, even after our collaboration ended.
This creates confusion for customers and damages my brand’s reputation.
Despite multiple requests, they refused to remove the content.
This is unprofessional and misleading behavior.
Please investigate this misuse.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the order and service.
The picture on the website was so different from the order my family received. It was my father’s birthday and I made a huge mistake trusting this company. They even ask you to pay through Paypal, choosing “friends and family” category to pay, so they don’t even pay the tax, but charge you as much as a European country for the order! On their website, they claim they’ll send you photos of the prepared order before delivery, but they never did that for me! They sent a totally different cake without even telling me before. When I complained, they just said sorry! our branch in the desired city couldn’t make it!! They never offered me a refund either! Talked to me in a very entitled way and didn’t explain anything until I insisted! This was the first time in my life I encountered such a terrible customer service! Even the bouquet wasn’t as beautiful as the website picture! I have photos to prove my review. They said they’ll check my complaint and will come back to me “IF IT IS APPROVED”!!!! well, that never happened either!
Don’t trust them at all.

Like I ordered flowers for my girl to surprise her but it ended up ruining our day cuz they didn’t delivered at the right time.

After they send flowers they don't care flowers was good or not and they delay and take money Frist

I have ordered and sent a couple of sympathy flower stands from this company to Iran. Both stands arrived on time. Per my friends, the flowers were fresh and nicely arranged. Great customer service and quick responds. An easy and smooth process to order from a foreign country.

I've ordered a sympathy flower stand form Anguor. It arrived on-time. Considering all taxes and other charges, the price was way cheaper than other shops. Flowers were fresh and nicely arranged. According to my family although there were bigger and more expensive stands at the event, this one was so good and shined among all stands.

This business is based in Iran, whilst offering their services to people outside Iran as well. The reason I'm giving it just 1 star is that they charge the customer not by how much their service is worth, but rather by how much purchasing power the customer has!
So if you pay using any currency other than Iran's local currency, then they will assume you live outside Iran and have a higher purchasing power l, therefore increasing their prices by 30-40 percent!
The difficulty and the bank fees involved in transferring money to Iranian banks from abroad can't be an argument either for the difference in price, because the price difference exists even if you pay using cryptocurrency (which is borderless by nature).
It shouldn't matter whether I pay using the local currency or a cryptocurrency, the service is the same and therefore the price must be the same. It's very unprofessional to add a 30% on top of the exchange rate between IRR and USDT for absolutely no reason.

Hello, the flowers you sent were not close to what I had chosen.. and compared to the price, cheaper flowers were used.. and because of the change of flowers, I did not have the right to see them. The customer has the right to see his order before buying. In this way, you will lose your customers.

Fast and responsive, I placed an order for Karaj City, and it was delivered within the said time of 4 hours.

I have ordered the Orchid set in three different color. I am really satisfied with the quality of sale support starting with the placing order up to physical delivery of product. All was done and supported in professional manner. Though the product was delivered with few hours delay however the sale assistance informed and followed up my inquires quickly and gave me updates on the actual status of my order.
