Good customer service! Agent was very helpful.

The agent that I contacted from Anhelo, did NOT demonstrate the patience to explain me about additional health insurances participating in my area, in Houston, TX. In order to help me comparing additional benefits that are being offering. She stated, with cold attitude, that she expend too much time listening to me, explaining me about “Humana” health insurance, and then I felt induced to switch to the mentioned health insurance. Finally, she put me on hold while she was seeking for a supervisor to confirm my new enrollment, and apparently, no one was available to finalize the order. At the end of the conversation, she indicated me that I was going to receive a call back from her supervisor, and nobody has yet called me back. I am not satisfied with the Anhelo experience. I hope, a manager from this company, is able to listen to the phone conversation that was supposedly recorded by Ms. Liz Ángulo, in Spanish speaking, in my behalf. Thank you for your time.

The person who helped me with the information was very kind, very polite, and gave me the information I requested.
