I love Ani and their designs!
But, I can never buy from Ani again :(
Having to spend so much time on returning products, since no label is supplied not all drop offs will take it.. AND additionally having to pay 2-300 kr. to return an item that doesn’t suit you, is ridiculous. Especially after paying thousands + shipping in the first place.

I have done it a couple of times now & not doing it again.
The shopping experience matter, and is a reflection of how you see us, your costumers.
I am disappointed in the owners, thought you would care more.

Had an experience where customer service was not ideal nor did it promote customer loyalty. I ordered a piece of jewelry only a few days before the Black Week thinking the price for the expensive jewelry wouldn't be adjusted. The price was adjusted and reached out to see if they would match the price since it was ordered only a few days before but they will not. So now I'm returning the jewelry and reordering the product, creating a hassle for me and for them. Petty, poor customer service.

Good experience

Had the earrings for two weeks, they absolutely stayed on for a shower or two. After two weeks they have turned completely black, don’t think that’s okey for jewellery of this price. When contacting customer service they said the earrings should be stored in an air tight bag. I bought my earrings to be worn and not to be stored in a plastic bag in the cabinet. Huge disappointment
