DO NOT BOTHER if you ever need to return or exchange a product. Their customer service is abysmal. I made 4 previous purchases of products which were sized properly that I kept without complaints. I would say that I was a fan of their products- both the quality and sustainability.
Then, I purchased a jacket that was discounted (under 50%, so still eligible for a return/exchange according to their policy).
It was in my previous size and was oddly far too small. Not expecting any issues, I opted for store credit in their Returns and Exchanges Portal with the intention of simply exchanging for a size up in the same product. Big mistake. It took over a month to have the credit returned to me after the return was started, and 11 days once the return was received by them to even get a response/update.
Their returns phone number was conveniently not working. By that time, the product was sold out in all sizes and it was too late to exchange it for the size I had intended to order.
Now I’m stuck with a store credit for a company that has tremendously disappointed me that I don’t know that I’ll ever feel confident in ordering from again.
