I am working as a freelance headhunter and used Aniday for 3+YOE. This is a great recruiting platform that connects headhunters and hundreds of potential jobs for candidates.

My friend introduced Aniday for me while we were trying to find a remote BDM in Sri Lanka, it's really hard for us to get in touch with local agencies. We had doubts at first, cause we don't think a company with HQ in Singapore can actually fill a role in Sri Lanka, But within just 1.5 months, they were able to find us a candidate that matches 90% of our criteria, even helped with salary research and negotiation.

They have access to exclusive job opportunities in top MNCs and startups which I was unable to find with other recruiters in my country such as those of C-suite levels in up and coming startups that recently graduated from Y-Combinator. The whole payroll service also ensured that I only have to talk to Daisy for the entire process of getting the new job from interviews to onboarding and the whole serviced is easy to follow without multiple touch points.

Everything went smoothly. While I typically prefer working with local agencies and having face-to-face meetings, their online communication was excellent despite there being a small language barrier as I can see the correpsondent was not of english speaking origin.

The user-friendly interface allows us to navigate effortlessly through the platform, making it easy to review candidate profiles and communicate with potential hires. Furthermore, I love how flexible Recruitery is with their service as they were able to specially accomodate to my request of giving me the CVs through a separate channel to my website straightaway instead of making me logon to their website to check CVs, which I believe is their current SOP. The communication was succinct and and I am very glad that their service allowed me to focus on my other jobs and reducing my overall workload.
