Since they introduced this garbage service, I can never book an appointment, I always have to call the practice. They specify the "Anima Opening Times", which always closes before the actual closing time due to "first comes first served". Unless you wake up 7.30 to book appointment, Anima Health is useless. Their stats on completions must be brilliant but they are actually useless.
