Very long delivery
Prices are more or less average for online pet stores, but delivery is soooo long, omg. It can take up to 4 days for them to send my box out of their warehouse even if it says "ready within 48 hours". Animail, you seriously need to change your warehouse procedures.

I have been buying Ziwipeak cat food for more than a year. Animal used to have these on discount when buying more that 12, if I remember well. Since the start of 2015 they raised the price and stopped offering the discounted price when buying more than 12 cans.
I have since changed to PETWORLD.SE where I can buy the exact same cat food but at a much lower price!

Fast and reliable
Animail is a perfect place to shop dog foods: large range, fast delivery and shipping to door with a reasonable price. In one delivery I received wrong sort of food and they took care of my reclaim very efficiently and generously. In me they have a longtime customer.

Good if they make sure to deliver to the correct address
Quick delivery, goods are as described. Only complaint: i had requested for delivery to door without receiving signature required and on this last occasion, as I was going down the staircase from my home, i saw that my package had been left outside someone else's door. My unit is 1502 and the package was delivered and left outside 1302. Not sure if the neighbour wld have been honest enough to forward me the package and if Animail would have insisted on me paying even if i never received it. Hope their delivery men can be more careful about the addresses in future.
