I was skeptic at first. I am VERY new at the moment. However, I had my video freeze and sent in a request for support. I received a response quickly via support ticket and within the chat was resolved in a matter of minutes. I know this may not happen every time; but for now, I am super impressed.

I really like using Animaker, it'ssuper practical, easy to use and has so many functions to choose from. However, I think it is a bit on the expensive side, so if you're only planning to create one video thats longer than 2 min I'd say don't do it. But if youre staying under 2 min it's free and if you're looking to create more videos it's perfect for you. The team is also very quick to reply and help out at any time:)

I’ve been using Animaker for a while now, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations! Bought this for the text to video feature. But it just does not recognise the files I upload (MP3 files) which is what it asks for.

Contacted customer services and they said I can email them everytime my audio file, and they will sort it out. I simply do not have the time to be sending a raw footage file to them, waiting a day or two for a reply with their video.

I complained and asked to cancel my account and get a refund - but they said they do not do refunds.

I do not recommend this at all.

I am new to this style of animation. I am trying this out to see if I want to use this site. I was having issues and customer service was amazing. Quick response, actually helped me. That alone can get my business!! Thank you so much.

Title: Extremely Disappointing and Frustrating Experience

Review: I recently had a frustrating experience with Animaker. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to cancel my subscription using their website's cancel button. This issue raises significant concerns about the transparency and usability of their service. It feels like the company is prioritizing profit over user experience by making it difficult to cancel subscriptions.

The platform has potential with its user-friendly interface, diverse templates, and responsive customer support. However, the high cost of premium features, slow rendering speed, and limited export options significantly diminish the overall value.

Please improve the cancellation process and consider offering more affordable pricing tiers and faster rendering technology. Until then, I cannot recommend Animaker to others and will be sharing my negative experience across social media.

This is honestly been one of the worst companies to deal with. We were looking into utilizing the software as an alternative to some current software for marketing and video creation. The video creations that are coming from this software are very similar to ones that are a fraction of the price And often times the generated images would contain errors like creating a third hand in AI images and would also pull images that included water marks from third parties which we did not want to appear in marketing material. We attempted to reach out to the company and provided evidence of the issues in the software and we were brushed off and told that it's no big deal that the software is working fine and that they also aren't willing to issue refunds even though we could clearly show there was issues with it. I would not recommend working with this company and would recommend looking into options like Canva or even render forest that for a fraction of the price work much better.

I had high hopes for Animaker, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The app is always lagging, making it nearly impossible to complete a project smoothly. Every few minutes, it freezes or crashes, forcing me to refresh the page and start over.

Not only does this waste a lot of time, but it also disrupts the creative process. Features that should be simple and efficient feel clunky because of these constant interruptions. If Animaker can’t fix these technical issues, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Animaker's support team. Although they don't have a standard refund policy, I hadn't used my account for over 3 months, and after reaching out to explain my situation, the team was very understanding and made an exception to process a refund for me.

Their support was prompt, professional, and empathetic, and they genuinely went the extra mile to help me. It's not often you come across a company willing to make such exceptions, and I truly appreciate their understanding.

I’m really grateful for their flexibility and support. It's clear they value their customers, and I will definitely consider using Animaker again in the future. Highly recommend their service and customer care!

Animaker was very simple to use and very enjoyable especially that I am a Biomedical Science Student with no previous graphics /design experiences. This was easy and brilliant to use . The help team from Animaker were so helpful and considerate when aiding me .
