order not created money taken 3 weeks to get my money back after 3 not cheap phone calls 5 emails and paypal escalation. after a apollige I ordered again one item was out of stock no one informed me I had to contact them again to sort out the problem

We ordered some duck food as bread is really bad for them and our daughters love feeding ducks. The food was good value and came really quickly, what more can you want?

I am really glad I found Animalmedicins. It takes all the hassle out of travelling to the vets each time I need something for my cat which is very important as the vet is quite a distance away. I don't have to worry about him I just put my order in and and there it is delivered to my door - great!

This is a great company with cheaper products than your Local Vet or High Street & many different Brands to choose. They have an easy website for viewing & ordering with full descriptions of products.

If you need anything from Animal Medicines then I would always speak to Paul in the Pharmacy Dept. He is helpful and very knowledgeable. Not only that but he is has a great customer service approach. He also does what he says he will do and I find that very refreshing.

Easy to order and fast to receive . Gratitude

I contacted animal medicines on the thursday before easter and explained { eventually } to the young lady operator that i was desperate for my sf50 order and asked her could she please get it sent out asap. That was on the thursday... my item arrived two weeks later !!! Also my item was 50p short of free postage and i was very reluctant to pay 2.95 for postage so i asked her for a kitten bowl which was 1.50. She took a few minutes and then came back on the phone and said they had run out { why advertise them then ??? }. I eventually had to buy some cat buiscuits which totalled 1.50 but i didnt want them and told the girl so but there we go it was the worst transaction i have ever made with animal medicines as i have been dealing with them for years ! Maybe not so much now after this transaction !!!
