As an American diplomat I have traveled with pets to multiple countries. This was by far the best experience because Faye and her team were professional, responsive communicators, flexible and professional. My cat arrived in good health and was well taken care of.

They were incredibly helpful and made the process relatively seamless. From getting our cats vaccinated to filling out all the paperwork to get them through the European Union and to include boarding locally, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them.

I don't even know where to begin on how wonderful Animal Movers are - they are caring, honest, thorough, and take care of your animlas like they are your own! They took personal care of our two main coon kittens - housing them in their home for three months - even after we had our assignment changed twice. Faye sent daily pictures, messages, and took care of all logistics so they arrived happy and healthy. She also tried to keep cost down and would ask any questions of anything we needed! Animal Movers will take the best care of your pets and make it seemless for an otherwise very stressful process. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone needing boarding and shipping for overseas travel!

They delivered the service pretty well. A few details could have been better such as hosting an official meeting to better understand the process and for q&a. Possibly a detailed checklist on the necessary required documents needed for the pet owners would also help. The owner would not take calls but would only reply via email or whatsapp which could get frustrating. Otherwise, our pets arrived safely and in good condition as promised.

Terrific service! Don was such a professional and a joy to work with. He was extremely helpful in sharing his knowledge on the relocation process and took the time make sure every form and every requirement was taken care of. Their team truly spoiled our cats! 🥰 It was such a relief knowing our babies were being well taken care of while we were away. They regularly sent us updates, pictures, and videos, which were a huge help. The moment we saw the videos of their temporary home, we immediately felt at ease because the place was so nice and cozy.

Wonderful service, wonderful people. Animal Movers was the local delivery partner for transporting three dogs from Florida to the central Philippines. Over the past 30 years, I shipped 15 dogs overseas, sometimes four at a time, so I have some experience. Animal Movers is among the best transport folks I've encountered, handling my threesome with love and concern as they were delayed in Manila awaiting their next flight. They got our cat from Manila to Seoul safely. She had to fly cargo so they found the fastest route, took care of everything, and had great communication. Will use again.

Our dog was located in Samar and we wanted to bring her to the US. The local Veterinary care was not up to the challenge or experience of the CDC requirements for US entry as well as the shifting CDC requirements of August 2024. Faye and her team were able to manage an animal pick up, coordinate the rabies titer requirements from Manila and board our dog until her titer was completed and could fly. She shared photos and videos while boarding up to time of flight. She also recommended a team on the US side to work with to complete the US requirements and get our dog home. Outstanding service. Would absolutely work with again.

They took care of all of the paperwork, double checked the exporter's paperwork (and found errors that could be corrected), and gave me regular updates on the process. Moving pets is always a bit anxiety inducing, but they made the overall process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them for any of your animal transport needs.
