Heartless & money driven...

When I took my Chihuahua there a couple nights ago, she was having trouble breathing from a collapsed trachea, they got her in and gave her a sedative. They then quoted me $4,000 for treatment. In midst of all the panic I had forgotten my card & when they finally let me go so I could get my card at home, Im in a major panic, knowing they had stopped treatment on my little girl, who was barely breathing. I live up near Julian, so it is an hour one way at the very least, without traffic. I got held up by a construction company doing road work, so that added more time. I am on my way back when I get a call from the doctor who tells me that I had plenty of time, I better be on my way because she is refusing to treat Chiquita & she is watching her struggle to breathe & refuses to help her! She said I had 20 minutes or she was finding an alternative for her. Are you kidding me, what kind of person, ESPECIALLY a So-called veterinarians, just sits back & watches an innocent animal struggle to breathe & does nothing!! I got there & was on the phone with my bank to be able to make a POS sale clear for $4,000 & not 10 minutes later, the cops are at my truck, saying she called & what am I doing? I'm on the phone with my bank to clear the payment. Unbelievable! When I went inside to pay, she informs me there is nothing she can do ( BIG SHOCK)!! Charges me $390.00 for a couple injections & then hands me my baby, who by this time is in beyond critical stage, barely breathing, cannot even move. I rushed her over to the Urgent care on Montiel Rd. And they took Chiquita from me, and rushed her back. It's a miracle she is still alive! This Doctor is an absolute cold-hearted person & Should never have been allowed to even go near any animals. She was out for money, absolutely clueless on how to treat her.
