They tell you that they only print and send the canvas if you approve the pre-visualization per e-mail, which I did not do! I never approved anything per e-mail because I was not liking the outcome! When I wanted a refund, they stopped answering me so I opened a dispute on paypal. Then they asked me to stop the dispute but would not refund me. So I did not cancel the dispute. They told paypal that they sent and that I got my delivery (which is not true, since I did not approve anything to be print or sent and did not get anything delivered) They wanted to avoid the refund at all cost!! Also they told paypal they would refund me if I send them back the canvas that appearantly was delivered (NOT TRUE) to an address in Marrocco but I needed to pay the shipping costs! (Why Marrocco if they are supposedly located in paris????) Anyway, how could I send them anything in return if I never got anything delivered in the first place? Thanks to paypal, I won the case on paypal against them, otherwise I would loose my money and not get anything for it! If you paid via paypal, consider to get your money back if the same thing happened to you!! SCAMMERS!!!
