Great charging products

I have a few of these, but the best by far is the laptop charger, as I work remotely quite often. Offer a great charge over a few hours and very easy to store and use. Greta service from Anker from start to finish. They also used to make pretty good headphones for gym use.

Never let me down!

I’ve been using Anker products for a few years now, and they’ve never let me down. Their power banks are absolute lifesavers when travelling or out for the day — they charge super fast and hold power for ages. The USB-C cables are just as good: sturdy, well-made, and they don’t fray like cheaper ones I’ve bought in the past.

GREAT PRODUCTS!

This is more of a generic review rather than be specific about something particular.
Anker were present at the 2025 Ideal Home Show in London with a number of their products on display. Sadly, they did not have products actually available for you to purchase and be able to take away with you. I found that most disappointing given that I thought that, for small items, it would have been completely logical. So, you had to complete an online purchase. It wasn’t the end of the world, but as it turned out, it took a week for the products I ordered to eventually turn up. A bit slow if you ask me. They’re certainly no Amazon when it comes to speed of delivery.
However, on the more positive side, the 2 products I bought (1 wall charger and 1 battery charger) are really top notch products. However, by the day, I seem more convinced that their products are more generic rather than unique, often similar to UGreen products and occasionally some random Chinese unkown branded products too that pop up on Amazon or eBay. The similarities are often uncanny.
I docked a star because of the slowness in despatching product (Amazon would have been a lot quicker) and the fact that they could have held stock of the tiny electricals at the IHS.

Good compact charger.

Website was easy to use and find what I was looking for. Once item was selected, checkout was straightforward and price including delivery was competitive. Item was trackable so I knew when to expect delivery. The charger ordered was as expected and was well packaged, al in all pleased with everything involved with the purchase.

My experience with Anker products are…

My experience with Anker products are always great and excellent products.
I have been using Anker products since 2012 so I am familiar with the products which I know when I will buy from them I will get great products and very reliable products always.
I still got a power bank from 2013 which still works great and still holds a charge when I need it.

Groundhog Weeks

Initially had c1000 and solar panels, bought another c1000 powerstation. The original powerstation has been failing, despite charging with solar panel or holding power after being charged by mains. Been speaking to customer services for many weeks now. For them still to not listen to me saying the c1000 is not working. For the last email reply to be like the others, so your saying it's the solar panel broken? It's like are you kidding me? Never had issues go on for so long, done everything they asked 15 years warranty, but feels like spoken to Anker customer services for 15 years, and still they don't grasp what I have said. The whole customer service has put me off, spent thousands on a number of products, but when things are faulty, expect to play the never ending story game.
