After just under 6 months the Anker Nano II charging adapter unfortunately became faulty. I have no idea how but all of a sudden it began to make crackling noises whenever I plugged it into a socket.... See more

Don’t buy direct from Anker
I bought a charger from the Anker website a week ago. Since then it is still on ‘Order confirmed’ status with no updates, no anticipated delivery date, no communication. I tried to cancel 8 days later but apparently I can’t - the on-screen message said ‘It is being packed in our warehouse’. It has taken 8 days to still be ‘being packed’! Buy from somewhere else but not direct from Anker.

Excellent quality and good service
Hello! The product description was 100% accurate. Delivery was made exactly on time. I am very pleased with the quality of this brand's products and with the service. I can confidently recommend this store.
Good product and comparable with Apple devices
I have always found that Anker products I have purchased to be of quality and they are certainly the go to’s as regards their compatibility with Apple devices. Order process easy and delivered on time
Poor aftercare - no repair services out of warranty
If your product is out of 1 year warranty and you don't have a receipt (gift) they won't repair even if you try to pay them.
They offer you a 10% discount to buy a new product.
Really poor aftercare services. Beware.

Consumer Rights?
So i write a review on the 19th of January 2026 regarding Eufy/Anker customer services lack of knowledge of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and receive a reply stating it is being escalated to the senior management team.
I then receive an email from "Mr S" whose signature is Customer Support Manager. If that's who you've escalated it to then it needs to go higher, preferably to someone who actually knows UK law and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as "Mr S" clearly is clueless.
I've talked through his response to the relevant UK government body and they were speechless!
Maybe escalate it to the UK head office of Anker or maybe their legal team, i'm sure they know Consumer Rights!
IF I pay for an expert to check this sealed doorbell for a fault and it is found to be inherent, Anker/Eufy WILL be liable to cover the cost under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 unlike what your manager incorrectly suggests.
As it is a sealed unit and it Is clearly something internally which is causing it not to charge with external adaptors, it is obviously an inherent fault!
What's disappointing is that up to this point customer services have been extremely helpful with other issues. It's a shame that an ill informed customer service agent and their manager can ruin the reputation of a company.
After being an Anker customer for 15 years, I will NEVER purchase an Anker product again and advising all friends, family and others via online reviews, to do the same.
Update... So Anker/Eufy requested me to remove the employees name which was only a first name. I will check with Trustpilot whether this was against their T&Cs. Strange how if you praise an employee, you can add a name but when someone is useless, you cannot.

Dreadful Customer Support
I have bought and own many Anker Chargers all have been extremely reliable and I’ve been happy with them, when Anker brought out a 140W rated plug in charger I thought that would complete my collection and make life so much easier than carrying around multiple chargers.
The only issue was the price but when I noticed a discount of £20 I thought it’s still very expensive at £59.99 but I’ll invest in one.
It arrived last November 25 and I’ve been using it without problems the display showing an output of around 60W for a couple of phones and the odd power bank. Until I added my laptop and the Wattage went up to 115W. Then the power bank did get extremely hot then kept cutting out and re-booting. I unplugged it and let it cool, but again after another few minutes charging, the charger was cutting out and re booting itself. The display goes out and starts up again as though I’d just plugged it in.
So I reached out to Anker as I’d bought it directly from their own website. I sent Anker a short video of the charger cycling on and off.
I expected an apology and thought that they’d pop a replacement out in the post.
I was quite taken aback by their email reply.
“””Please note that industry safety standards allow charger surfaces to reach up to 77°C (170°F) in environments of around 25°C (77°F). While our 140W high-power charger may feel warmer than lower‑wattage models during extended use, its temperature is strictly regulated through multiple safety and efficiency mechanisms”””
And. “””Reset the Charger: Leave the charger unplugged from the outlet and without any devices connected for about 5 minutes. This can help reset the charger and might resolve the issue.”””
And “””However, if you would prefer to receive a replacement or a 70% refund(based on your warranty period), we’ll need you to return the product to us first.
So to be clear, the charger can be used for around 10 mins then you have to unplug it for 5 mins for it to re-set before you can plug it in again till it gets hot and stops working again?? Really ???? Or I can return it for a refund of 70% ?
This is just dreadful customer service. I’m insisting on a repair or replacement that can actually charge at the rated 140W as I’m fully entitled to under consumer right acts 2015. If they can’t supply one that doesn’t need a rest every few minutes then I’m entitled to a FULL re-refund. Goods not as described and fit for purpose.

Great compact charger
Great compact charger with useful percentage indicator to see how much is left. Only one downside is that it would be good to have come in a protective case and pay a couple of pounds extra for this
Good quality products
Great Stuff From Anker
Anker have never let me down. Good equipment. Good warranty. Good prices.
Thank you, Anker!
Exhausting experience trying to place…
Exhausting experience trying to place an order.
Needed a new charger, heard good things about anker, jumped to the website to place an order, selected the one I wanted, zero mention of pre-order or that it's out of stock, checkout & pay.
The confirmation email states it's a pre-order item, with no known delivery date. That didn't feel right especially as there are very recent reviews online, so I reach out to customer service.
4am the following day I get a reply saying sorry, it's out of stock, no idea when it'll be back (it was actually a jumble in chinglish but thats the jist)
So I cancel my order and buy a charger elsewhere.
2am the following day another cs rep replies to my email response perplexed as of why they let me buy it if its out of stock. Telling me (again in chinglish) that the chargers were now fully restocked (suuure) but if i wanted to, I could order it again with a discount.
I said no, I was satisfied with my purchase from another store and it felt a little scammy now.
A few hours later another reply saying about a different discount option, now instead of a code for 25% off they'd refund a portion of my order, 15% if under £10p, or £20 if over £100 so actually offering less.
Honestly feels a little temu desperate offering a refund because they can't be transparent.

Terrible service and unreliable products
Terrible service and unreliable products. I’ve now had the same plug-in charger fail in exactly the same way twice, which strongly suggests a design or quality issue rather than misuse. Despite this, once the warranty period ended, Anker offered no meaningful support — no access to technical help, no repair options, and no practical solution.
At no point was I asking for discount codes or incentives to spend more money. I simply expected a working charger or a proper resolution for a repeated fault. The experience made it feel as though the responsibility was being shifted onto me rather than acknowledged as a product issue.
Between the charger breaking the same way twice and the patronising customer service response, this has been extremely disappointing. If this is how Anker handles repeated faults, I won’t be purchasing their chargers or other products again mainly due to the patronising nature of the colleagues much easier to get a cheaper product and then when or if it breaks just replace it as you can in some cases buy 10 of the same product for the price of one of ankers.
They provide quick responses to say they can’t help you but anything further than that they like to take their time to reply back to you .
