Would leave zero stars. Scam company. After various contact with Mateo and not receiving I went direct to my credit card provider who gave a full refund. I informed the company and lo and behold it arrived 3 weeks later which I refused. They then said they would let evri leave it and take a photo for proof of delivery and it would affect my credit rating. A strongly worded email about not having permission to leave and if they did they would be responsible for collection and any charges as it’s been cancelled and I already have been refunded by the bank who have logged it as a scam and that they cannot threaten my credit score. This has been going on for nearly 3 months. They even sent me a message this morning so I think it may run on for some time yet. Note they have now changed their name.

SCAM: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I purchased one of these pressure washers and, 5 days later, I received an email from them telling me that they had an ‘inventory issue’ meaning my delivery would be delayed.
They said I would get an 8% refund because of this.

When I had heard nothing after another 8 days, I emailed for an update and was told the item had been sent and they would provide tracking details soon.

After another 4 days with nothing seen or heard, I contacted them to cancel the order.

They said that, since the item had been sent, I would have 15% deducted from my refund. I asked for proof that it had been sent but, not surprisingly, they couldn’t provide it.

I exchanged a few more emails with them, after which I believed I had secured a full refund.
However, 3 days later I received a refund, minus £20.70 which is the 15%.

They never sent this item to me.
If they had, they would be able to provide posting details and it would have turned up on my doorstep; none of this happened.

My Credit Card Company has reimbursed me the £20.70 and are seeking settlement directly with the Company.
PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS – STEER CLEAR, DO NOT BUY.

I wish I see this before buying from these people I have the same horrible experience as everyone eles on here they need to be shut down there are scammers and they are putting fake reviews up STAY CLEAR OF THESE IDIOTS

I just wish I had gone to Trust Pilot before buying this item. I thought the pressure washer was good value! Fake company! Took £138 and now they keep emailing say the goods are on their way! I’ve threatened them with legal action

Adjusting the pressure on this washer is nice and easy, making it great for different cleaning jobs. I found it worked well on even stubborn dirt.

Pressure washer never arrived. Unable to contact anyone, just a ridiculous "chat-bot"called Mateo. If anyone has a return address please post it here, I'd like to write them a stiff letter!

I've used this washer quite a lot on different things like patios, driveways, and cars, and it's still working just like it did out of the box.

I have ordered pressure washer more than 2 weeks ago and have not received yet
E mailed twice and an automated email has come twice that order has been dispatched and tracking information will be send

I ordered a pressure washer in early March this year, on March 12th I contacted them to find out where it was. On the 24th they told me it was on its way via Evri. The washer never arrived. Eventually Evri owned up that it was lost, yet ANOTHER lost item!
It is now April 23rd, despite contacting Ankercubic several times, I still have no refund and they STILL reply with gibberish. They are highly disreputable, a rip off and do not speak English nor for they even read the messages.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!

DON'T BUY.. Unfortunately I fell in this trap. No tracking numbers, no contact phone numbers as reliable companies provide to support its customers. Only this guy Mateo as Sales Director making promises to deliver. The company has changed name now to AUREOY once the previous name has such bad reputation.

Does a great job cleaning patios, driveways and outdoor furniture. I found it easy to use and surprisingly quiet. Had a minor hiccup with slow customer service response but otherwise, I'm pleased with the washer.

Stay away from this company!

This company will take your order and then inform of delays and no stock but if you want to cancel they will then charge you around £20
When you try to contact Mateo he will then send you a generic email response.
I’m now going through my credit card company to get my money back, it’s not much but I don’t see why this company should get away with it.

Calling this a pressure washer is a push - it's feeble.

The power cord is dangerously short. It needs to be alt least 6M to keep extension leads etc away from water. The water feed hose is also too short and the compression fittings, no matter how hard I tighten them, come loose and water sprays everywhere, including the electric extension lead/ electric supply.

I do not use it anymore. Waste of money.

If I could give zero stars for a review I would.

I placed an order for the Ankercubic jet washer. After 8 days the product had not arrived. I repeatedly emailed them asking for a dispatch date, the name, email address and phone number of the delivery company and the tracking number. The only response I received was that I should be patient.

After numerous emails from myself requesting details of the delivery company and date the item was dispatched I decided to cancel the order and request a full refund. I quickly had an email by return letting me know I could have a refund minus 15% charge for having logistics’ go through the trouble of recalling the product.

I requested a copy of the order form placed with logistics to evidence they had actually sent the product out for delivery, it comes as no surprise they have failed to provide this.

This company’s an absolute disgrace. AOVOID THEM AT ALL COST

This company is a scam. I ordered a pressure washer. Order confirmation but nothing else. I contacted them they said it was their busy period and sorry for the delay. After another week or so I contacted them again. They told me it’s shipped but nothing else tracking given. Nothing arrived. I contacted them again. They then said there were ‘inventory’ issues and they would be getting new stock in soon and for my trouble I would get an 8% refund after delivery.
Still nothing.
I have emailed again today asking to cancel my order.
After reading some other reviews I am expecting this to be an issue.
Wish I’d seen the reviews before I ordered. I would have avoided this company.

This pressure washer feels turdy and well-made unlike some other's I've tried. The motor runs smoothly, it's pretty much what I wanted.

Cleans my car and patio without much effort. I use it pretty often on the driveway and cars, and it's been reliable - starts up quickly and no leaks so far.

I was not advised when ordering that it was out of stock. When I eventually discovered this, it would have arrived too late so I cancelled the order. They took £20.70 “logistic” charge for something that wasn’t my fault. Be careful when ordering

SCAM COMPANY!!! CRIMINALS! Ordered a pressure washer 2 weeks ago, has not arrived. Company asked for another 15% to get it quicker.

Fraud squad at the bank contacted me as was taken from my account and I am certain it is this company.

I found this pressure washer surprisingly light and quiet. Assembly was a breeze, and it's straightforward to use.
