The washer arrived in a reasonable time frame. I used it once and it was ok for washing my path. I tried to use it the next week but the hose would not properly attach to the handle. I’ve emailed them and I’m getting replies telling me I’m not attaching it properly. I was able to attach it properly first time round. The emails I’ve received read like they were written by someone for whom English is not their primary language. I’m giving them another few days to offer me replacement parts and if this is not forthcoming I will be raising a chargeback request on my credit card. Don’t waste your money on this product. It’s very flimsy and not fit for purpose.

This pressure washer is great, but the instructions were a little lacking. It's pretty compact and easy to move around. The hose is good quality and the pressure is strong. Used it to wash my car, the soap dispenser worked fine and it worked well. Overall, worth the money.

This pressure washer is awesome! I use it for everything from washing my car to cleaning my patio. It's a beast and worth every penny.

If I could give zero stars I would my jet washer arrived with broken wheel and holder. We tried to use the J W that is not even powerful enough to remove a cobweb around a window frame and I have been fighting to get a refund. I’m not sure all these reviews are genuine. I still haven’t got a refund and I haven’t got a jet washer and the company are ignoring all my correspondence would strongly recommend NOT to purchase from this company. IT IS A SCAM

This is hands-down my favorite pressure washer! Great value for the price. I've only used it a few times, but so far so good.

This pressure washer is great. but the instruction weren't very clear. Took a little extra time to put it together. The hose is nice and long though and it seems really powefull! The wand and nozzle seem very durable too.

I have to praise the after-sales service of this high-pressure washer. when I had a minor issue, their response was immediate. The technicians were knowledgeable, resolving the problem quickly and efficiency. This kind of support makes me confident in recommending this product to others.

Washer received in one week which was good, but box was open on one edge and parts were sticking out. Parts were all loose in the box. On checking I found screws missing and a part broken. I have emailed daily since 24th August and had only one reply saying they would speak to there Engineer. I’m disappointed as this was a birthday present from my family. I bought this based a review as it was supposed to be the top washer. I might well be but I can’t put it together to try. No mention of it being made and coming from China by way. Thought it was from Germany. Order at you peril as my experience seems to be a common one. Stick to Karcher people. It might be dearer but you won’t get this hassle.

The product arrived in good time. Unfortunately the box was covered in grease on the outside. All the bags and loose parts inside the box were covered with grease. There were three screws missing to attach the bottom frame and the handle onto the washer. Due to the missing screws I couldn’t put the pressure washer together.

I've contacted the company several times. They asked for pictures of the parts. The final email told me what size the screws were so I could buy some!! This doesn't explain why the whole of the washer and parts are covered in grease. Very disappointed.

This high-pressure washer is Efficient and Easy to Use. The operation is straightforward.

Ordered 19th Aug..Received today 24th Aug 2024..5 days? From china...
Comes with 3 pin plug (UK).. strong pressure..cleans patio effortless..lightweight little machine..Reliability? I dont know the lifespan yet..who knows..Note: Bad reviews here doesnt make sense...Giving grief about the courier and not giving feedback on the actual performance of the machine...blame your local courier service not the company!..

Ordered washer Friday 16th August received today 24th at 2pm 8 days incredible.
Easy to assemble pressure superb I am delighted and would recommend the product.
I would, however, suggest that the company should improve their customer service!! The Email address does not exist, therefore panic!! panic!!

Ankercubic provides HyPress machines from China. It took 4 weeks to arrive and only after three emails.
It seems they delay despatch and hope that you will cancel at which they deduct a 15% cancellation fee from the refund. A nice little earner.
Unlike some other customers I held my nerve and it eventually arrived but so much of the advertising is overblown hype. The Protech review by John Smith is very misleading. For all the claims of quality and value for money the product when it eventually arrives is cheap and lightweight. I would advise strongly against falling for this.

This pressure washer is super powerful and cleans my car and patio effortlessly. The adjustment nozzle allows for precise cleaning, and the long hose makes it easy to reach every corner. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

This company advertised & misleadingly tells you it’s German built. It’s Chinese built. I refused delivery. The power washer is actually a Hypress. I have pictures but this page won’t let me upload. Very underhand company good luck with any warranty claims. Do not buy!

This is Hypress in a different name...no doubt changed after some damning reviews.
Advertised in glowing terms promising quality engineering amongst other discrepancies...dont believe the "Hype"
Rubbish product from China. Comms are appalling. I got caught as have many. Asked for return address and the warehouse is also home to other "brands" that you may also wish to research before purchasing. Please do not buy this ....spend your 138 quid on a slightly lower spec quality brand and you will thank me for it.

OK but when I received it, some accessories were missing. I had to contact the seller to get them. Other than that, it's fine.

Still waiting on my pressure washer. Was advised quick delivery but the parcel has been sitting in England now the past 4 days without moving. Won't reply to emails. The courier won't reply to emails. Like I just 2ant to know what's happening.
