Way below standard

Took forever to arrive and the product itself is way below the standard required for sport. Shockingly bad product.

I ordered the ankle guards last week…

I ordered the ankle guards last week and had no communication. After finally finding a way to track my order I can see it is still in China. There is no mentioned anywhere that their products are shipped per order from China. I have contact customer services and no reply. This is extremely bad service and I would like to get a refund. Happy for them to stop the delivery as it will be crazy for me to also have to pay to send it back to China or Germany since they haven’t even delivered the item yet.

The Ankle guard arrived quickly

The Ankle guard arrived quickly. It gives a lot of support especially round the arch of the foot which is where I need it. A few instruction might be a good idea. It’s a very simple idea, and I think if you’re only using it a couple of hours for sport etc, it would be wonderful ..but I need to wear it all day to support the foot arch so maybe I need a different kind of support. The after sales service is very good and I received a full refund when I described the issue I have. But just for sports foot support, it would be very helpful I’m sure.

Still haven’t received my order

Still haven’t received my order, and I really wish I’d checked the reviews first — I usually do, but clearly didn’t this time. Delivery is taking forever, and it’s frustrating that the company doesn’t even make it clear the item ships from China. Based on other reviews, I’m not expecting it to be any good, so I’ll almost certainly be asking for a refund. Honestly, really disappointed and annoyed.

If your order has not arrived within that timeframe, it may be due to an address issue, a delivery delay, or the parcel being lost in transit. If your order is delayed or missing, we are happy to either resend your product for free or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Very misleading

Very misleading website. Not located in UK. Recieved product which is poor quality.

I got offered a partial refund and that I could keep the product however it's no use to me. This company informed I could return for a full refund at my own expense but as the return address is in Germany, this would have been more expensive than receiving half of the money back.

Very disappointing. Scam and fake reviews on their website.

Regarding the location: we ship internationally and currently do not have warehouses in the UK, which is why returns are processed through our facility in Germany. We always try to find the most reasonable solution for our customers. In many cases, we offer partial refunds (often around 75% or even 100% depending on the situation) so customers don’t have to deal with international return shipping fees. This is exactly what was offered in your case — not to avoid a refund, but to help reduce your inconvenience and cost.

We are working to solve a very specific and complex support issue for athletes, and while many customers are very happy with the product, we understand that not every product works perfectly for every individual. This is completely normal.

However, we still want you to feel treated fairly.

Total scam

The whole thing is an absolute scam. The product I received was very low quality. It looked as if it had been produced for about 10p and definitely wasn’t going to do anything the website and instagram advertise- it provides little to no support at all and the images and videos they show online just don't match up. I expect all of the positive reviews are fake. Avoid at all costs!

It’s a complex problem we are trying to solve, and we recognize that not every customer may experience the exact result they were hoping for.

All images and videos shown on our website and social media are created using the exact same product we ship. We work closely with professional athletes and creators to demonstrate real use cases — none of our reviews or content are fabricated.
