I have bought several times through…

I have bought several times through Ankorstore. Service is great, most sellers have sent the packages quickly and the few times I had a problem with a product that arrived damaged, it was solved very fast. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for new suppliers.

They are reliable and professional.

AVOID! There are hidden costs and commissions

When I signed up I was promised that I would be charged 0% commission on any of my existing stockists that order via the platform. They have now changed this policy and charge 12% commission for my own existing customers I have found via tradeshows to buy from me on their platform! This change happened with no notification or consent on my part, and when I emailed them to dispute it they stated this was now their policy. I will of course be immediately closing my shop on Ankorstore as soon as my final orders have shipped out.

They also harassed me aggressively to join until I finally gave in and signed up. I was wary as I had a bad experience not getting paid by a similar platform and needing to take them to court. I recommend avoiding all these platforms, grow your business on your own website where you can be in control of it!

These 5* reviews are definitely fake!

Absolute scam merchants

Absolute scam merchants. I have been in business for 18 years, regularly use Faire and Creoate with excellent credit terms. I ordered twice from Ankorstore in the past and it was fine. However one day I went to order and I noticed there were no 30 or 60 day payment terms like in the past. I enquired about it and never received a satisfactory reply. At one point they did say that I would have to start paying up front again before they would consider giving payment terms again. Then however they sent me an invitation to Ankorstore Plus where if I paid £14.99 a month I would get between 30-90 payment terms and also free shipping. I am a member of a similar scheme with Faire so I signed up. However they did not apply any payment terms. So what was I paying £14.99 for? I have now been charged £14.99 a month and despite still (falsely) advertising that if you join you get these payment terms YOU DO NOT. I have now cancelled my direct debit and I will not be shopping with Ankorstore in the future. Faire is VASTLY superior.

We made 6000 referrals

We made 6000 referrals, out of those they claim only 7 joined Ankorstore. My dashboard says they never even bothered looking and now they've expired. They claim they contacted them (even though the dashboard says different). I've added for proof but they refuse to give it. Emails are usually just ignored or they get someone to call who doesn't have the ability to deal with the issues. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever endured. Don't bother making referrals, you are just wasting your time.

Best for service and choice of products

Being a small independent retailer, Ankorstore have given me great service and support from the start. They are my first choice when looking for products and their Ankorstore Plus scheme is very helpful when a small top up order from a supplier is very useful. Another wholesaler I made a couple of orders with gave such poor service, I contacted them last week and requested they cancel any outstanding orders and close my account!

The shipping costs per company are too…

The shipping costs per company are too high!!! 30€ per company? If we want to order for more than one the shopping adds up and goes too high! One of the reasons our orders on your website are fewer now.

Stolen £250

I had around £250 in store credit with Ankorstore because of issues they had with my order last year. I only came around to using it this week, but when I went to my wallet it said expired.

I didn't receive any notifications or warnings about this and when I got in touch with customer service they said it's policy not to reimburse or anything.

Absolutely dreadful and I would steer clear.

Ankorstore started to charge retailers…

Ankorstore started to charge retailers on every brand order 30 eur. fee. Doesn't matter or order is small or i spend a lot of money they charge 30 eur. fee. on each order...I am very disappointed, for example i already started working with brands directly and spend only 5 eur. for shipping and some are shipping for free.

Ankorstore more like Ankorpoor

I have attempted to make orders with this company but they keep rejecting me even though I am paying upfront for goods. I get no explanation as to the reasons why. Its a very poor wholesaler. I wish I could give them a lower score than I did. The welcome offer they promote is nonsense too. Really poor company please beware because you will be waiting for stock that will never arrive.
