Ankur, has inspired, motivated and challenged me. He has put his soul in designing this program to nurture Leaders and make this world a better place to live. Very helpful, good listener, caring, compassionate, calm and trustworthy person. Leadership accelerator training with Ankur was simply nothing short of Amazing! for many reasons, 1.To begin with creating collaborative environment for your team with high on consideration Vs high on Courage with Facilitator leadership style, striking a balance, never forgetting you want to create high performance winning teams that win in the market place.
2.Goal setting for your team , this session has helped more then before by breaking down our goals with my team and response from my team was very good each one came up with idea or a way to achieve the goal set before us, never to forget also by continually looking to your goals unlike the yearly appraisal goal, which we looked at during the mid year.
3.Coaching, feedback & mentoring your team have really give me great insights as to how to help my team to succeed and how to give proper feedback that helps rather backfire.

When I started the Leadership training looked like I knew everything but to my surprise I knew very less, this training has helped me personally so much clarity in mind & in turn helped my team succeed in many ways , I can see my team much happier and willing to achieve much for the company & for themselves....very grateful Ankur for make me a part of this training , all I can say is Ankur is the Catalyst who has brought about the change in me & my team....Thanks again.

Ankur conducted a training program where he explained the principles and skills associated with 'Leadership from every seat' to an audience exceeding 50 individuals.
