SHAMEFUL SERVICE: Money taken, package destroyed, zero support!
I am absolutely disgusted by the service (or lack thereof) from ANLAN. I placed order #6922 on February 9th. Due to a delivery issue with the carrier (Wanb Express), my package was held in New Jersey. I contacted ANLAN support immediately on February 20th to correct the address before it was too late. They completely ignored my urgent emails. Because of their silence and negligence, the carrier DESTROYED my paid parcel (Status: Disposal/Destory) on February 22nd. It has been weeks, and ANLAN has not responded to a single message or offered a refund. They effectively stole my money and let my product be thrown in the trash. DO NOT BUY FROM ANLAN. They have zero respect for their customers and no accountability for their shipping partners. I am now forced to recover my funds through a bank chargeback.
