Great device and wonderful customer service
I was a beta tester and over the years of testing I saw how the company listened and improved the product to the point where it is reliably successful at large yields and easy operation. The customer service is spectacular, timely, friendly and effective. I am a VERY happy customer of a superb product. I paid for the machine in 3 harvests (probably less, but prices have been changing).
