My 7 year old twins loved my adult wrist warmers I had bought from another company, so I started to search for a good alternative for children. I eventually found Wristees and was please to see the junior version was available in an excellent range of colours, which just happened to include my boy/girl twins favourite colours!

I ordered online and within 10 minutes had a despatch notification to say they had been shipped! They arrived extremely quickly, in very good packaging (small enough to be posted through door) and my children are over the moon.

The wristees are made of a lovely, soft, snuggly fleece, perfect for putting on easily for younger children and leaving their fingers free. My daughter is even wearing hers around the house! The colours are a perfectly match expectations from ordering online.

Really happy with my purchase, the speedy despatch, reasonable cost and the quality of the product. I will definitely be ordering again and I am really pleased to be able to support a good independent business.

It is always nice to find a company which still has good old fashioned service. I have dealt with Anna Falcke several times and have always been pleased with the fast delivery and the personal touch of a hand written card with each order. Recently I had a problem with one of the gloves not being stitched properly, Nothing big but I emailed the company asking what I should do and received a reply within 30 minutes asking for my address so that they could send a replacement pair of gloves by return, while replying to the email, I received another email telling me that they had found my address on file and sent a replacement pair. That was at 4 p.m. yesterday and this morning at 9 a.m. I received the replacement pair. You cant ask or get better service than that. I will be buying from this company again and would highly recommend them
