I had purchased an illuminated sphere for my sisters christmas present last year and it didnt arrive in time and got LOST so it was cancelled. I tried again and all the same excuses are being said again! It is now March and I first ordered the sphere in December. Nothing has arrived in 3 MONTHS! They say all the right things but actions speak louder than words. Such a scam! Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS NOT RELIABLE!!!!!

If I could give negative 5 star I would . This was a gift ordered on October I’ve reached out to the company multiple times and been told various different things, first it got lost in shipping. Second thy were re issuing it and would send it rush i would receive in 4-5 business days. Third I reached out over a week later AGAIN let me check on this for you then nothing . I finally said cancel and give me a refund the site shows it had never shipped this is an awful company poor customer service at best and I’m STILL waiting for a refund 😡 beware DO NOT BUY FROM ANNA FINDS

Ordered a magic wand that shoots flaming paper for my daughter’s birthday and it didn’t work at all; would not charge, nothing. Wrote to Anna Finds three times with no response, customer service is totally lacking.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's now into week five and still no product. After two weeks, I asked for an update on my shipping. Unlike others, I got a response, however, not one I was excited about. I was told the package must have been lost in shipping (it comes from China, FYI). I have since asked for tracking and have yet to get a response on that. The original tracking now shows movement, so I am not sure if they just didn't do anything on the original order or what. One day I hope to see it. We shall see. Bad company to deal with all around and not worth the time of day.

I’d leave zero starts if I could. I’m extremely disappointed with AnnaFinds.com. I ordered an incense burner stick that arrived incomplete, missing a main piece of the item. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and messages, and despite their claim of “24/7 customer support,” I have received absolutely no response.

This isn’t just poor service, it’s completely unacceptable and misleading. If you advertise round-the-clock support, at the very least, respond to your customers.

It feels like once they take your money, they vanish. I won’t be ordering from this site again and strongly recommend others stay away to avoid the same experience.

I don't know what the problem is with this company but they are terribly slow and unresponsive. I can't imagine how they think they will stay in business. Terrible communication. Very slow at finally giving a refund due to never shipping product when stated. Terrible to work with. Stay away, imo

I have been waiting on my order for over 4 weeks now I did not get a tracking number when I made the order I just screenshot where I paid for it and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone after writing numerous emails to this website. I guess I need to call the Better Business Bureau because if I'm not going to get the stuff I ordered I need my 60 bucks back

Naughty tower blocks.
Sorry this is unplayable. The blocks are so thin you cannot “Jenga” them. The picture is very misleading the tower in the background is certainly not the size of blocks you receive.
To reiterate this is unplayable to anyone with normal size fingers.

Advertises on FB and the gifts look amazing - I received broken tatt and have now discovered dreadful reports of the ‘company’ currently dealing with the bank for my refund as all my messages to this scam company have been unanswered - don’t make my mistake avoid avoid avoid
