The service we received from Annetts was superb. Our first encounter was in the showroom; we were left to wander and when we had a question Scott Owen was on hand to answer all our questions. He guided us through the process of buying them, ordering samples and patiently waited while we chose the colourway and style of sofa. The sofas were delivered earlier than expected and they held on to them until we could take delivery. The delivery team were perfect for the job. We would not hesitate to buy from Annetts again.

Great store and no pushy staff. Rob helped me choose the sofa and chairs I was looking for and he had all the information I needed to make my choice.

We visited the Hereford store to look for a new sitting room chair and were able to look at the full range of furniture without being interupted. We were greeted politely and helpfully when we wanted some information. All our questions were answered and getting a price for the chair and covering we wanted was very straightforward. We decided to purchase two chairs and placed the order. On returning home, we had reservations about the chosen fabric colour and went back the next day with samples of the curtains and existing furniture fabrics and spent ages comparing various combinations. There was absolutely no hassle whilst we were deciding. Delivery was on time and the chairs (and footstool) arrived well protected. The delivery guys maintained the high standard set by the store staff.

We enjoy shopping at Annetts, a great range of products and no pressure selling, no constant sales talk here - if you need assistance you can request it, if not then you won't be engaged in meaningless conversation.

From choosing our new bed to its delivery and installation everything worked very well indeed. Rob in the showroom could not have been more helpful, and the care and attention shown by the delivery guys were first class. Excellent customer care skills all round.

Searching for new sofas has been a pleasure at this store, in Hereford.
Damian took great care with our decision process and then he was meticulous in ensuring that every detail of our order was exactly what we wanted.
Dan and Jason have just delivered them, and they were wonderfully careful about getting the sofas into our sitting room, and arranging them where we wanted them to go.
When we need more furniture for our home, we will be back.

Excellent - from moment we entered the showroom all the way through to the delivery! Helpful and knowledgeable staff made the process enjoyable from start to finish. Local business, no pressure, competitively priced with loads of choice. We went in to get a sofa and came out with a bed instead. All items arrived earlier than expected, another bonus. Staff made us feel valued whilst we tried rise recliner, transferring from wheelchairs in the showroom was easy, nothing was too much trouble, we didn't feel rushed and all our choice options were considered.
