Great to deal with very happy with our sofa

I cannot recommend Annette's furniture enough. Easy to order, with everything explained fully. Updated throughout the timeframe of waiting for the sofa. Delivery was quick when the item was ready. Fabulous delivery guys as well, delivered with care and full instructions. Thank you to Harry and the team! I am beyond happy my beautiful new sofa! ❤️

Annetts now has an upgraded showroom that carries a huge amount of stock, much greater than the average multi-national stores we have visited recently. The standard and quality of service provided by Scott was simply outstanding - he was not at all pushy, but very responsive and patient, making shopping for new furniture a pleasure rather than something to endure. To summarise, Annetts is a jewel in Herefordshire's crown and the sales team, as judged from Scott's performance, is the jewel in Annetts crown! I sincerely urge Herefordians to visit Annetts before seeking out the multi-national furniturer showrooms.

The customer service we received when buying a sofa from Annetts was perfect. From the advice & help given, to updates on where our sofa was in it's journey, to delivery - every member of the team gave the best customer service I have received in years - I wish I had gone to Annetts first before wasting my time with other online sofa companies where you are just a number but at Annetts, it was a whole different experience

Excellent service - the sales-person (Gareth) patiently going to great lengths to help us choose from various options until everyone was happy. Major furniture purchases can be a big outlay so the experience a nice contrast with the pile-em high and sell-em cheap outlets.

The hole experience from start to finish was very professional, we were informed constantly of the progress of our order by email and phone, when our furniture arrived it was packed securely and safe from any damage and put exactly where we wanted it.

Prices are excellent and the free delivery is refreshing in this day and age!
A few weeks later we decided to buy the snuggle chair so simply called up and placed the order with Rob - again great service!
Delivery date for settee earlier than expected as well - great bonus!

Harry was very helpful, staying late to ensure we had the right product for us. Our new headboard is due to be delivered within the agreed timeframe so we are very pleased with the service and Annette’s.

Wow what a lovely store for furniture, Gareth our salesman was absolutely great, told us everything we needed to know and wasn’t a bit pushy, it was worth the drive (An hour) to go to this shop, amazing choice, no long waits either, (like DFS)six weeks until it will arrive . Plus free delivery and we live 40 miles away . Just so pleased we made the effort

My experience visiting Annetts was brilliant. quite often going into big furniture shops as soon as you get through the door you are hassled by shop assistants, here they gave me the chance to browse around first so I could see what was there so I could have a think about exactly what I want but then they were there straight away when I needed them to give me assistance.
