Repeat customer

One of the items I wanted, was shown in the email, but when I'd click on it, it took me to the site, but I never found the item.
The items I have gotten in the past have all been good quality.
It just takes very long to receive the items after ordering.

Thank goodness!

The character of your clothing and footwear is really appealing. The internet made it a bit time consuming but I persevered and luckily we managed to get the biz done. I noticed at the end you had the wrong address, an old one. Aarh! Could not get into Contact, kept jamming but there was a email with a return message system and I conveyed my urgent request via that. I tried Contact again and got robo chat. Worked well! Went into orders section. Basically had new info from email ALREADY and received confirmation that my details had been updated. Sounds like even my phone number was an old one too and that's been changed to the one I now have. Thank goodness, I was worried and reassured all OK. Thankyou. Really like the taste and style of your stock, it's an excruciating decision making event for me. There's so many things I like. 😃🤔🤗📦❣️

I originally purchased this dress along…

I originally purchased this dress along with another. When they arrived, one of the dresses was correct, the other (this one) was horribly wrong! I was sent the wrong dress in the wrong size. So, I easily purchased this dress again & am eagerly awaiting it arrival. I'd like to wear it to a fundraiser this coming Saturday night - hopefully it will arrive in time!

I think there is little hope for this company!

I think there is little hope for this company. I gave it every chance but it failed. Several of the items I ordered were out of stock so I had to order something else, not particularly to my liking. Sizes varied immensely, no continuity at all. Everything was so deeply wrinkled that even ironing could not get them out completely. Had to jump through many hoops to try to return a flawed item. return policy is skewed. Not worth it to order from this company.
